  • The end is nigh? We seem fascinated by the morbid, don’t we? In this case how life on Earth may end. Between pestilence, climate change, and robots taking over, the future seems grim. At least our chances of being swallowed by a black hole are “exceedingly low”. Thanks be for that!
  • Down-sizing the to do list: This is more like it. 43 things is far too much to do. blogliners suggests we limit the list to four items!
  • Once more into the abyss: Interesting “explanation” of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Personally I think it goes a little wrong when referring to HAL’s “mistake”. Sure in the greater scheme it was an error, but forecasting the failure of the AE35 unit was part of HAL’s plan to take control of the Jupiter mission. He knew as well as we do there was no fault with the AE35 unit.
  • Nam: Today marks the 30th anniversary of the fall of Saigon.
  • Mainly uppercase: MAINLYGENERIC REDESIGNS. CHECK IT. THANKS FOR THE LINK DUDE.
  • Email overload? So, has email befuddled your brain? Take the quiz and find out.
