In about three hours I will officially be a home owner. I bought an apartment a month ago and settlement is set down for 3pm this afternoon!Busy times ahead. Moving Out. Moving in. Paying a mortgage instead of rent.Forget all of that for now. I'm just looking forward to walking through the door of the place in a couple of hours time!
