I dare say he will do “well” this month Michael. It will interesting to see what the revenue figures are like in a couple of months though, once the publicity surrounding the redesign calms down a little…

Good review. I’ve been writing a bit about the redesigns lately as well. I wonder if John will comment on how his revenues have been effected in a month from now. Odds are that it has worked, and the money has gone up. :D

@Meg – I’d say you’re too busy watching events in the local blogosphere to see everything :) Your latest weekly update was quite extensive!

Hey thanks for the mention. You are right that there were quite a few validation errors in the code for John’s site, but we are now in the process of fixing those. The release was slightly premature as we weren’t able to fix all the errors in the time. The majority of those errors are from the advertising engine on the site.

That being said, all of our future designs will be XHTML valid out of the box. :)
