- NorthxEast, co-owned by Collis Ta’eed and Leo Babauta, has just joined the procession of blogs that are being put up for sale. What makes this particular blog interesting is the fact it is updated just once a week! Is this the way to subscribe 2000 RSS readers then?! Spotted at Antbag.

- Web Directions South workshops and conference kick off here in Sydney next week, (25-28 September). It’s not just about sitting in conference rooms and presentations either… there is plenty of scope to network and meet people.
- Port80, or the Australian Web Industry Association as they are also known, are holding a gathering in Sydney as part of Web Directions South, next Wednesday, 26 September. Might have to don my geeky glasses (frames only!) and see if I can infiltrate proceedings! More information about this event can found on Miles Burke’s blog.
- I was sure I was doing something drastically wrong! When things don’t seem to be working, or no one is leaving comments on your blog, be sure to leave no stone unturned in your search for the reason why!
