Michael Clayton

Enviably uber suave George Clooney plays world weary defense lawyer Michael Clayton, who finds himself embroiled in a class suit against the less than scrupulous legal team of an agriculture company… outside the court room.

A tale of intrigue that works a treat.

  • Hey I just watched that a few hours ago

What did you think of the ending … I thought it was a bit flat, should have cut to credits straight away after the confrontation with the uNorth lawyer

  • I thought the ending was as much a part of the story as anything else. The guy (Michael Clayton) was washed out, empty.

That came across so well at the end… especially when his brother (the detective) thanked him… it was like MC just didn’t care. Though if you watched the credit roll long enough I thought I could see the ghost of a smile on his face. Don’t know though…
