The Sydney leg of the V Festival is the next music event to take place in Centennial Park, this Saturday, 29 March.
The Smashing Pumpkins and Duran Duran are co-headlining (an unlikely pairing?), while Queens Of The Stone Age, The Jesus and Mary Chain, The Presets, and Brazilian band CSS, form part of the extensive lineup.
This is bound to please the local residents, though surely some of them would appreciate hearing Duran Duran again…
