Creatives don’t wear suits because they’re cool right, and only suits wear suits.
So if it’s unacceptable to wear a suit, and you may only dress causally, where’s the individuality in that? (Just wondering, that’s all…)
To demand that one wears a suit when sitting at a computer all day that’s a bit harsh. If clients are coming into a studio environment though good presentation does help a lot. But that does not mean a suit is required. I did work with a chap years ago whom loved wearing a suit at work and he wore it with such comfort and command you would never question if he was uncomfortable in it.
