When you were in an aircraft making a landing there, those high rise buildings bordering the airport almost looked as if they were just beyond the craft’s wing tip.

I landed there once, years ago - really scary - I remember seeing a woman on a balcony above me ! as we came into land.
Scary but part of traveling to HK I think… Chek Lap Kok though lovely isn’t quite the same :)
