Gone Baby Gone is a gripping and confrontational thriller set in the suburbs of Boston, which centres on the efforts of two private investigators trying to find an abducted four-year-old child. A number of twists, some in quick succession, unfold before the story reaches what some consider to be a controversial conclusion.
