Creatives don't wear suits because they're cool right, and only suits wear suits. So if it's unacceptable to wear a suit, and you may only dress causally, where's the individuality in that? (Just wondering, that's all...) To demand that one wears a suit when sitting at a computer all day that's a bit harsh.
