In addition to 700 job losses, the pending closure of 61 Australian Starbucks cafes will also bring about a reduction of wi-fi hotspots in some Australian cities. I don't know much about how US internet access plans work or cost, but from what I can gather it seems like an "all you can eat for X amount of money per month" type of deal.
