Netscape Navigator Official support for Netscape Navigator ceased yesterday, and while it may be a distant memory for some, and possibly unknown to others, it was the browser that brought the web to so many people in the early days of the ’net. So long Netscape, so long

End of Support for Netscape web browsers. Truly the end of an era, or at least the official end of an era. Netscape was known to many as the thought leader in web browsing, and had developed a number of complementary pieces of software that allowed for a rich suite of internet tools.
