The streets around the Ritz Cinema, in Randwick, Sydney, were closed yesterday afternoon for this year’s Spot Food & Film Festival.

This was the closing event of the inaugural Australian Film Festival, which opened on 24 February 2010.

Future Music Festival gets Randwick council nod

Randwick City Council says it was very happy with the conduct of last Saturday’s Future Music Festival at Randwick racecourse, and may allow organisers to plan a bigger event next year.

We missed out on tickets to last Saturday’s Future Music Festival but nonetheless enjoyed the vibes, and thumping bass-line, thanks to our close proximity to Randwick racecourse.
