Your mileage may vary though… research has shown that running shoes have done little to reduce injuries compared to running barefoot. I doubt, for instance, I’d ever go running along Sydney’s footpath’s barefoot.

Another reason not to wear shoes inside your home, and to also ask visitors to remove theirs at the door, they are the carriers of all sorts of diseases.
