The McFarlane Prize is now open for nominations

The McFarlane Prize, which recognises excellence in Australian Web Design, is now accepting nominations for this year's award. This year the judges will be slightly relaxing some of the early stage web standards and accessibility assessments in order to give websites that are more visually focused in their design a greater chance of being short listed. Entries for this year's McFarlane Prize open in about a week on 1 July, and any Australian website "launched since September 1st 2007, or ... significantly updated since then", can be nominated for the award.
