While we don't really celebrate Halloween in Australia, it is something some people partake of. I'm not sure though what I'd think if I lived in a place where Halloween is observed, and girls dressed like this showed up on my doorstep, tricking and treating...

Urban Legends of Halloweens Past: Fact and Fiction from All Hallows Eve, at the slick new Web Urbanist. At a guess, I'd say halloween has inspired the latest mural around at the Cafe 105 art wall. A scarecrow is centrepiece, and is probably the most striking figure to feature on the wall since Batman's tenure! Halloween? That must mean it's October. ... Read full entry
